Homemade Chili

Perfect for a cold rainy day. 
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 can Kidney Beans
1 Small White Onion Chopped
1 Small Can of Tomato Sauce
1 Tomato Chopped
2 Garlic cloves finely Chopped
1 Jalapeno seeded and chopped
1/2 TBS. Cumin
2 1/2 TBS. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp Sugar
Dash of Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Green Onion Chopped
Sour Cream
Brown the Ground Beef in a Large Pot along with the Garlic, Jalapeno and White onion. Drain grease.  With heat on High Add Tomato Sauce, 2 Cups of Water & Seasonings. Bring to a Boil. Reduce heat to medium and Simmer for 30 minutes. Add Kidney Beans, during the last 5 minutes. 
Ladle into Bowls and Garnish with Cheese, Tomato, Green Onion and Sour Cream.
