Oriental Slaw


1 Bag Cole Slaw
1 Cup Shaved Almonds
5 Green Onions, Diced
4 TBSP Sesame Seeds
1/2 Red Onion, Diced
1 Bag Ramen Noodles
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
Dressing:
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (Reduced Sodium)
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 TBSP. Fresh Ginger
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TBSP White Sugar
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Sea Salt
3 tsp. Black Pepper
Blend all ingredients together for the dressing and set aside. In a Large bowl, Combine the Cole Slaw, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Red and Green Onions and Sesame Seeds.  Crush the Ramen Noodles well and add to the Slaw. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Toss the Slaw in dressing till completely covered.
